Exterior

Sleek, sculpted and designed for aerodynamics, the IONIQ cuts through the air and looks great. It rides on 16” alloy wheels as standard and has LED headlights and LED taillights for a touch of class. All versions have Smart Key keyless entry for easy access and power-folding door mirrors. The charging port is located beside the passenger front wheel arch; just lift the flap and plug the cable into your car to start charging.

Interior

The IONIQ’s interior is a case study in functionality, with a large 10.25” touchscreen, an intuitive 7” driver’s display, physical buttons for all important controls and an automatic electric handbrake to free up central space. The materials are high-end, with Premium SE models boasting leather seat facings in dark grey. Optionally, you can add red umber leather seats and a tilt and slide sunroof in Premium SE models.

The plug-in hybrid powertrain kicks out a combined a 141PS/265Nm of torque, with the electric motor providing 170Nm. Charging takes around 5 hours with a 3-pin socket or 2hrs 15mins with a 7kW wall box to 100%.
