Ford Galaxy

The Galaxy is Ford’s most spacious family MPV, combining seven seats with an enormous boot and premium-segment features. It’s now powered by a 2.0 EcoBlue diesel or 2.5 Duratorq hybrid petrol engine that starts and moves at low speeds on 100% electric power, improving refinement and saving fuel. Two trims are offered - Zetec and Titanium - with the latter getting has Ford KeyFree System, reclining and sliding rear seats and much more.
300-litres of boot space with 7-seats in place and 1,206-litres with 5-seats in place cements the Galaxy as the class-leader for space, while a 10.1" colour cluster display, cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, Lane-Keeping Aid with Lane Departure Warning, Traffic Sign Recognition and keyless entry give it a class-leading kit list. The Third-row rear seats feature a power fold-flat feature, and they slide and recline, giving passengers superior comfort. For family adventures, the Galaxy rules the roost.

Exterior

An elegant and sophisticated family car, the Ford Galaxy has impressive road presence and the aura of a premium car. It rides on 17" 5x2-spoke alloy wheels and stands out with silver roof rails, rear privacy glass and LED daytime running lights. The body is big, but it’s also easy to park thanks to front and rear parking sensos. The Galaxy is also equipped with Pre-collision Assist with pedestrian and cyclist detection.

Need space? Look no further. The Galaxy’s long wheelbase and high roofline ensure all passengers have abundant space, and the boot is enormous, with over 1,200-litres of space with five seats in place. The clever seating system has sliding and reclining third row seats that power fold-flat. Up front, there’s a 10.1" colour cluster display and an 8” touchscreen with SYNC 3, Applink, navigation and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The 2.5 Duratorq hybrid petrol engine kicks out 187bhp and 148 lb-ft of torque, returning up to 43.5mpg combined. It’s paired to a CVT automatic gearbox, with the 1.1kWh battery starting the Galaxy on electric power to boost refinement.

The 2.0 EcoBlue kicks out 187bhp and 295 lb-ft of torque, returning up to 43.5mpg combined (the same as the petrol hybrid). This engine is also available with 150PS, with this variant returning up to 46.3mpg combined.

With its SYNC 3 voice control, you can control communication and media with your voice. The 8” touchscreen is easy to use with in-built navigation, or you can use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. A 10.1" colour TFT cluster display comes as standard.
