What is Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)?

ADR is a process to help resolve complaints where attempts to settle issues directly with the business have failed. An independent and impartial third party looks at all the evidence in a dispute and helps the parties involved to come to an agreement. It's usually an easier, quicker and less expensive way to sort out complaints compared to the legal route.
