Electrify your journeys with the All-new Astra. This well-equipped family hatch is powered by a 1.6-litre plug-in hybrid powertrain with up to 222bhp and an electric range up to 31-miles. Exterior
The All-new Astra is unrecognisable with a sculpted body, a powerful stance and seriously impressive quality. With Vauxhall’s new Griffin logo, a vizor grille and full LED headlights, it’s a thoroughly modern car. It rides on alloy wheels up to 18” and you can specify two-tone paint to get a black contrasting roof and door mirrors. The suspension is 15mm lower than the outgoing car for sportier handling and a sleeker look.
Interior
A digital drive awaits. There are two 10-inch displays - one for the infotainment system, one for the digital cockpit - with useful shortcut buttons for important controls. The centre console is minimalist with an electric handbrake to free up space. You can get a digital head-up display and tinted rear windows for privacy. Several trims are available, with features like half-leather sports seats and a heated steering wheel.
PHEV powertrain
With 178bhp or 222bhp and a 31-mile electric range, the All-new Astra PHEV is a great choice. You can toggle between Sport, Hybrid and Normal drive modes, and there’s a dedicated Electric mode that will use 100% electric power until the battery runs out.
Driving aids
This is the smartest Astra, ever. Driving aids include traffic sign recognition, rear cross-traffic alert, high beam assist, adaptive cruise control, a 360° parking camera, front and rear parking sensors and autonomous emergency city braking.
Intelli-Drive system
The All-new Astra is equipped with four cameras around its body, five radar sensors and ultrasonic sensors at the front and rear. These power the Intelli-Drive system, a semi-autonomous driving aid that drives for you. Just keep your hands on the wheel.
Digital displays
The All-new Astra is available as standard with dual 10-inch displays, which work together to provide a digital driving experience. Apple CarPlay & Android Auto come as standard. You can also access connected services with the free MyVauxhall app.
