It’s now powered by an impressive 1.0 T-GDi 48V (118bhp) mild hybrid engine from ‘3’ grade, with the option of a seven-speed DCT automatic gearbox for smooth driving. Best of all, it is packed with features you crave, like heated front seats and a heated steering wheel from ‘3’ and keyless entry and start in GT-line S grade. No other small car boasts such an impressive range of features, and there’s a trim grade for every budget.

Trims include ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’ and GT-Line S. ‘1’ models are basic, with a 1.2 DPi petrol engine, air con, Bluetooth and DAB. ‘2’ models have an 8” touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a reversing camera, rear parking sensors, cruise control, Lane Keep Assist and Lane Follow Assist. ‘3’ adds black eco-leather upholstery, heated seats and a heated steering wheel, automatic air con and navigation. GT-Line S models boast Smart Key with Engine Start/Stop Button, LED ice cube fog lights, Blind Spot Collision Warning and sporty styling.

Elegantly proportioned with sporty details in GT-Line S specification, the Kia Rio looks the part. GT-Line S models ride on 17” alloy wheels and stand out with a unique front bumper with LED ‘Ice-cube’ front fog lights. A reversing camera is standard from ‘2’ grade paired to rear parking sensors, with GT-Line S models adding front parking sensors. Overall, the Rio is a handsome car with a confident personality.

The cabin is spacious, airy and designed to put you in control, with an 8” touchscreen, physical control buttons and a 4.2" Supervision Colour Cluster Display from ‘2’.
