Mazda M Hybrid Technology
The Mazda CX-5 offers a choice of two petrol engines (2.0 and 2.5 litre) and a 2.2 litre diesel engine. All engines are part of Mazda’s Skyactiv technology, designed for efficiency. The 2.0 litre petrol engine is available with either a manual or automatic transmission, while the 2.5 litre petrol is available in automatic with all-wheel drive. The diesel engine also offers both manual and automatic option and can be paired with front-wheel or all-wheel drive.
Mazda M Hybrid technology uses a small generator to capture the energy that is normally wasted when braking. The captured energy is then used to assist the engine, saving fuel by powering the car’s electrical systems and optimising your drive.
Comfort and entertainment
