The products we offer:
We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders whose finance products will have different commission amounts payable to us for introducing you to them. This may be in the form of a fixed fee, a percentage of the balance financed, or another incentive.
The amount of commission that we expect to receive will be detailed to you clearly when we present you with a finance payment offer sheet. The exact commission amount payable to us will be presented to you once your finance proposal has been accepted, and always in good time before you complete any retail finance documentation with us.
We are a credit broker and will not provide you with impartial advice.
We actively monitor all finance transactions to ensure compliance and maintain transparency in all our dealings.
Any lenders we use will conduct a full credit search to decide if they can offer you finance. This search will show on your credit file and will be seen by other lenders. If the lender is unable to offer you finance, we will try up to three additional lenders, each of whom will record a search on your credit file. If these lenders are unable to offer you a finance agreement, we will then contact you and ask if you wish us to contact further lenders on your behalf.
Finance Products:
We will provide you with information to assist with your funding decision relating to Credit Agreements such as:
Hire Purchase, Conditional Sale, Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), Personal Contract Hire (PCH) and Finance Leasing.
We will also send you Finance Product Information / Videos by email.
We only offer products from one single product provider - Premia Solutions Ltd
Insurance Products:
Perrys Protection Cover – Incorporating Smart Cover for Minor Vehicle Damage and Cosmetic Repair, as well as a Fixed Inconvenience Payment in the event of Total Insurance Loss, along with Tyre & Alloy cover for Alloy Wheel Damage & Tyre Repair and/or Tyre Replacement in the event of accidental or malicious damage.
We also offer more bespoke options of the above cover.
Please note that all insurance products we may advise on, or offer are optional and may be available from other distributors.
IDD - Remuneration disclosure requirement
We receive commission from the insurer which is a percentage of the total premium.
Vehicle Administration Fee - we charge a vehicle administration fee of £149 on all vehicle purchases. This fee relates to the administrative and compliance activities involved in completing your purchase, which may include vehicle documentation, DVLA processing, identity and regulatory checks, and internal administration associated with completing the sale.
The administration fee is not a government or statutory charge and is not optional. It is charged in addition to the advertised vehicle price and will be clearly disclosed to you before you commit to the purchase. We regularly review this fee to ensure it remains reasonable and represents fair value for customers.
CASS – Client Money requirements
Perrys Motor Sales Ltd act as an agent of the insurer.
As such, we have in place risk transfer arrangements meaning that once you pay the premium for an insurance product, themonies will be treated as received by the insurer upon receipt from you to Perrys (the agent). Any claims or refund monies will be treated as paid only when they are received by you in the event of a claim or refund on/off the policy

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service: https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/
Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)? You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and circumstances of the claim. For compulsory classes of insurance, insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, with no upper limit.
