Perrys Chevrolet Rotherham launches discount week

Chevrolet is celebrating 100 years in the UK and in honour of the iconic American car maker, Perrys Rotherham is holding a special, week-long event.

The dealership on Rotherham Road, Rotherham, will be introducing 'exceptional' offers on Chevrolet cars from 10 September to 18 September.

Staff have promised to roll out the red carpet for the event, which includes Free Prize Draws, Raffles to win some fantastic prizes including Sat Navs and Rotherham United FC tickets, and lots of goodies and special presents to giveaway.

On the 10 and 11 of September, food and soft drinks will be provided from 10am to 4pm - and the dealership is even having a birthday cake to coincide with the special offers.

The offers are particularly impressive because Chevrolet has one of the newest ranges of cars in the UK.

Since the Chevrolet Cruze saloon, a Ford Focus rival, was introduced in 2009, several new cars have arrived out of the revitalised manufacturer.

These include the Chevrolet Spark city car, a five-door small car with more practicality and aggressive new looks designed to appeal to space-conscious city drivers.

It was followed by updates to the practical Captiva SUV, a large workhorse designed to be equally comfortable on and off-road and an expert at coping with the UK's ever-colder winter weather.

The Chevrolet Orlando was introduced early in 2011 and brings high levels of equipment and inherent versatility because of its seven seats and spacious, flexible interior layout.

An updated Chevrolet Aveo hatchback, complete with a new front end and upgrades to the interior quality was launched in 2011 to compete with the Ford Fiesta, while the Cruze range was extended to include a hatchback version this summer.

Add to the list the new Chevrolet Volt extended-range electric car, the North American Car of the Year thanks to its electric powertrain but range of 350 miles, and the iconic Chevrolet Camaro muscle car and it's understandable the brand is in the mood to celebrate.

Offers such as a new Chevrolet Cruze hatchback for £12,995 and a new Chevrolet Spark for less than £7,000 will be included in the week-long event at the dealership.

All cars sold will include Chevrolet's new five-year warranty and staff at the dealership are expecting huge interest in the offers.

Before the public event, staff will be hosting a VIP event for selected customers on 8 and 9 of September, where existing Chevrolet customers will be able to browse the new Chevrolet range.
