Free insurance protection for all Seat customers
The Seat Ensurance scheme will remain absolutely free for the next three years to all the company’s customers, providing an enticing money-saving deal for future buyers of the brand.
In the past after an accident, a customer’s insurance provider would decide which repair centres and parts are used to fix their car.
A Seat Ensurance policy works alongside an existing comprehensive motor insurance policy and, if necessary, covers the difference in the repair costs.
Amongst the incentives included in the Seat Ensurance policy, customers get guarantees on genuine parts for repairs at Seat Insurance approved centres.
The scheme also provides customers a dedicated phone line and incident manager, online claim and repair tracking support, cover for legal expenses and a courtesy car where applicable.
Seat previously sold a similar service online for a fixed yearly cost of £49, which means that the manufacturer is now effectively providing a £147 service completely free of charge. The offer is open to retail and small business customers, and on both new and used cars, regardless of age.
The Manager of Seat UK Service and Parts Programme, John Deed, commented: “The Ensurance service offered great value for money as it was, but to give it away free of charge for three years is a huge win for customers”.
“It’s not just that it ensures a car will be repaired to the very highest standards and using the highest quality Seat parts, but Ensurance removes much of the stress of making an insurance claim after an accident, that alone is a big deal”.
A wide selection of Seat models available for purchase can be found by UK motorists right now at Perrys Seat Dealership based in Aylesbury.
