VW taking orders for Golf Plus
The new Golf Plus is now available to be ordered at Volkswagen dealerships across the country.According to the manufacturer, it has limited the number of trim levels to two - S and SE - in order to keep it simple for buyers.
Motorists can get their hands on the entry-level version of the car for £14,410 and this edition comes with a range of standard equipment, including multi-function computer, air conditioning, 15-inch steel wheels and electric windows and mirrors.
For those keen to increase the specification of their vehicle, the SE trim offers additional equipment such as Park Assist, a leather steering wheel, cruise control and front centre armrest.
Volkswagen explained the more expensive option is designed to offer increased levels of convenience and comfort.
Meanwhile, the new diesel-powered Golf GTD - which has a top speed of 136 mph - was recently unveiled at the Leipzig motor show.
