Vauxhall dealership 'can improve car safety'
Anyone looking to improve their car safety this winter may wish to visit their nearest Vauxhall dealership, judging by the details of a new initiative launched by the company.For £35, drivers may benefit from the carmaker's Winter Safety & Top Up scheme - a safety inspection designed to maximise a car's resistance to incidents - from tyre pressure to supplementing needed fluids.
Dave Elder from Vauxhall Aftersales said: "Maintaining your car with regular servicing and checks is vital to ensure trouble free motoring and this is particularly true during the winter."
He went on to say that the company's inspection is undertaken by trained professionals who can limit the possibility of breakdowns during the winter season.
Moreover, drivers who attend a session will receive a pack of important items such as a window de-icer, ice scraper and anti-freeze.
Recently, Vauxhall's Vivaro won in the best commercial vehicle category in the 2009 Fleetworld/ALD MPG marathon.
