Vauxhall Astra VXR Nurburgring Edition goes on sale
The Vauxhall Astra VXR Nurburgring Edition is the hottest hatchback on the market, according to the automobile manufacturer.Priced at £21,295, the vehicle features an exclusive white finish and 18-inch alloy wheels. Similarly, it comes with bespoke Dunlop tyres and dark tinted windows.
Inside, it has carbon fibre detailing on the door trims and fascia, while the Nurburgring circuit graphic printed into the front seat.
Under the bonnet the car has a six-speed manual gearbox and updated VXR suspension, with wider front and rear tacks giving it enhanced dynamic suspension.
"The only thing it doesn't come with is one of those Nürburgring bootlid stickers ... Such a shame, as it means you'll have to drive it there and buy one yourself," commented Vauxhall.
Nurburgring (known as the Ring) is a race track in Nurburg, Germany, which was built in the 1920s.
