Quality Astra may tempt more motorists to Vauxhall dealerships
More motorists may be tempted through the doors of Vauxhall dealerships up and down the country when they see the quality of the latest addition to the manufacturer's line-up.According to the carmaker, the new Astra is made out of only the finest materials.
The firm claimed this was evident in the textured panels, grained surfaces and chrome trim.
It added these upscale materials give the model a premium feel.
The car is due to make its debut in September at the international motor show in Frankfurt.
Mark Adams, the company's spokesman, said: "The design of the new Astra takes all the best Vauxhall has to offer and delivers it to the compact class."
The car will be built at the group's Ellesmere Port factory in Cheshire.
In other news, the manufacturer recently announced buyers of the Corsa SXi will receive a year's free insurance, provided they are over 19 years old.
