New Astra may inspire more visits to Vauxhall dealerships
The latest edition of the Astra may tempt more motorists into Vauxhall dealerships up and down the country, if the comments of one journalist are anything to go by.Writing for the Telegraph, Andrew English suggested the 2009 version of the model is likely to enhance the reputation of the team that designed it - and this is no mean feat considering they already have the Insignia, which took the 2009 auto of the year title, on their CV.
Commenting on the inside of the vehicle, Mr English added: "The new Astra's interior gives the impression of being from a higher class of car."
The model's storage spaces have been reworked in light of research that revealed people were most likely to carry fruit, sunglasses and mp3 players with them in their autos.
In addition to this, the dashboard has been repositioned so there are increased levels of space for front-seat occupants.
Meanwhile, Vauxhall recently announced it is offering extended warranties on all of its cars.
