Vauxhall Tigra Windbreak reminder
Motorists who love driving their convertibles but hate getting buffeted around by the wind have been alerted to the availability of specially designed wind shields.The lightweight Tigra Windbreak can be bought at participating Vauxhall car dealerships for £149 and is intended to be easily fitted and removed from the sports car's standard mounting slots.
Primarily designed to reduce turbulence, the Windbreak is designed to offer a more comfortable drive to drivers and their front-seat passengers - so it could prove particularly popular with the other halves of Tigra owners.
And as an additional benefit, the wind barrier can also reduce loss of heat inside the vehicle, meaning it should be perfect for the UK's ever-changeable weather conditions.
In other Vauxhall news, earlier this month the British-based automaker announced details of a debugging service to improve the functionality of its air conditioning units.
The low-end debugging process is priced at £29.99, while the full service costs drivers £89.99.
