Mazda3 'better than ever'
The latest version of the Mazda3 is currently on display at the Detroit motor show and the manufacturer claimed it is better than ever.Commenting on the revised model, the carmaker said it possessed the soul of a sports car.
It went on to say the vehicle offers the kind of sophistication which is generally reserved for import cars with much more expensive price tags.
The company pointed out the model offers improved performance and style compared with its predecessor and also comes with a whole host of new features.
Figures from the manufacturer revealed the car accounts for a third of all the vehicles it sells across the globe.
Vehicle line manager David Matthew commented: "This product has earned its stripes as a high-quality and exciting sport compact."
In related news, Mazda recently announced it had enjoyed its second best year ever in the UK in terms of overall sales during 2008.
