Concept-cX from Mitsubishi 'combines ethics with driving pleasure'
The Concept-cX vehicle from Mitsubishi gives motorists the best of both worlds when it comes to looking after the environment and having fun on the road.According to the Japanese manufacturer, the firm is "acutely aware" of ecological issues and has incorporated the principles of its holistic environmental global strategy into the vehicle.
But such a conscientious product does not have to compromise the pleasure people can get from driving it, the firm added, as the two need not be mutually exclusive.
The company stated that visitors to the Frankfurt International Motor Show in September 2007 will be just as impressed with its appearance as its ethics.
"Concept-cX sports a sharp and pure metallic medium blue hue that evokes the image of a crystal-clear lake, while the use of fine aluminium flecks throughout creates a nearly transparent metallic finish," the company commented.
Environmental issues have been forefronted in the media by events like Live Earth – a concert staged simultaneously in a number of locations around the world.
