Seat Toledo 2.0 TDI Sport gets £2,500 of add-ons

Seat has revealed that it will be offering thousands of pounds of extra equipment for free on one part of the Toldeo range to give it an altogether sportier feel.

The Spanish manufacturer will include £2,500 of additional specifications ready-fitted on the Toledo 2.0 TDI Sport, as part of a campaign that will run throughout January 2007 at participating Seat car dealerships.

Among the add-ons, Seat has confirmed that the exterior will benefit from 18 ins alloy wheels and BiXenon headlights.

Moving inside the vehicle, motorists will be able to luxuriate in leather seats.

A Bluetooth phone connection will also come with the Seat car, enabling motorists to have hands-free phone conversations and avoid breaking the ban on using handheld devices at the wheel.

Last month, Automobil von Deutschland (AvD) recognised the Spanish carmaker's commitment towards road safety innovations by awarding its AvD Innovationspreis 2006 prize to Seat's president Erich Schmitt.

In particular, the German automotive club praised aerodynamic changes on its vehicle ranges that could potentially prevent pedestrians from coming to harm.
