Visit to Seat dealership may help drivers go green
Motorists looking to improve their green credentials may want to pay a visit to their local Seat car dealership next year.The manufacturer has revealed it will be expanding its environmentally-friendly Ecomotive range with three additional vehicles.
Buyers will be able to choose between the brand new green versions of the Altea and the Altea XL, as well as an updated edition of the low-emission Leon.
The first two models release 119 g/km of CO2, while the third boasts emissions of 99 g/km.
As a result, people opting for the new Leon Ecomotive will be exempt from paying road tax.
The cars are due to be officially unveiled at the Frankfurt International Motor Show - which kicks off next week.
Meanwhile, prices for the models will be announced closer to their release dates.
In related news, Seat is also due to debut its Leon Cupra R at the upcoming German auto event.
