Bride and groom 'arrive at wedding in Seat Leon Cupras'
A bride and groom like Seat cars so much they arrived at the wedding venue in their favourite Leon Cupra.Stephanie Garner and Peter Janes decided to theme their nuptials around the sporty K1.
The ceremony took place at classic motor racing circuit Goodwood and the couple's Candy White Leon Cupra K1 was used to transport the bride-to-be there.
Janes arrived in a Speed Blue version, which a dealership lent him for the big day. He waited at the altar with a chequered flag.
Garner walked down the aisle to a song rather different from the traditional tune - she chose Fleetwood Mac's The Chain, as it is the theme of the Formula 1 coverage on the BBC.
Finally, a Scalextric competition replaced the usual reception festivities. Mini Seat vehicles were on the track ready for guests to race.
"We're both big motorsport fans," the new Mrs Janes said. "Then, when it came to arranging a car, it was a no brainer. Our K1 is Candy White and, for us, it's better than any Rolls-Royce."
Other Seats currently on the market include the Toledo and Ibiza.
