Carmaker Seat has unveiled a revamped version of its popular Ibiza model.
The new look Ibiza comes complete with overhauled styling and trim, in line with the company's new range, and a new sportier look.
The Ibiza 2006 supermini features a new front bumper with more aggressive air-intakes, remodelled exhaust pipes and back bumper, twin headlights, a repositioned badge on the tailgate and a new minimum wheel size of 15".
The Ibiza has become the best-selling Seat model since its launch in 2003 and has won numerous awards.
The new range of Seat Ibizas will go on display at the Geneva Motor Show in March and will be available from April 2006.
The sportier look is carried throughout the range, with significant changes made to the 150bhp petrol and 130bhp diesel FR models. The FR models have been fitted with a honeycomb grille and 17" alloy wheels.
Seat is retaining the Sport, FR, Reference and Cupra versions of the Ibiza, but is replacing the SX, Award and S versions with a new Stylance model. The engine range remains unchanged and will continue to include petrol and diesel versions of the Ibiza.
