Film buffs are set to be reminded about the Seat Ibiza later this month after the Spanish automaker confirmed it was sponsoring the Ibiza and Formentera international film festival.
The event, which runs from May 29th to June 7th 2007, is set to show more than 500 films to an estimated total audience of approximately 200,000 people.
And festival organisers can look forward to experiencing the handling of the Alhambra, Toledo and Altea XL models first-hand during the festival - they are being used to transport important figures between Ibiza, Sant Antoni, Sant Josep and Sant Joan.
Meanwhile, Mar Aycart, Seat Spain's marketing director, has pointed out that it should also keep the Seat Ibiza in the thoughts of car buyers.
"With this initiative in the world of cinema, Seat wishes to contribute to promoting the island of Ibiza with allusion to one of our best-selling model," he said.
Earlier this year, Seat unveiled a new Altea Freetrack prototype at the Geneva motor show for the first time.
