New Ibiza may tempt families to visit Seat dealerships
Families planning on updating their auto next year may want to pay a visit to their local Seat dealership.The manufacturer has announced it is producing a version of the Ibiza that will be suitable for people with children.
Visitors to this week's Frankfurt International Motor Show will be able to see the IBZ Concept, on which the new model will be based.
Seat explained it wanted to build a version of the auto that retains the "feisty personality" of the Ibiza but also boasts a family-sized chassis.
Commenting on the model being displayed at the German auto event, the manufacturer said: "The sporty, design-driven, youthful style of the new Ibiza IBZ Concept make it perfect for those who value space, practicality, comfort and driving enjoyment."
The new family edition of the model is due to be released by the middle of 2010.
Earlier this month, Seat revealed it had agreed a three-year deal with Uefa to sponsor the Europa League.
Teams participating in the competition in 2009 include Fulham, Celtic and Everton.
