Seat 'to cut prices in January'

Motorists looking to update their current car in January may want to take a look at the deals being offered by Seat.

The manufacturer has announced a "revolution" for the new year - which will involve a range of price reductions.

It revealed it is knocking £2,000 off the cost of a Leon Stylance 1.9 TDI 105 PS - meaning buyers will pay £13,220.

The carmaker also revealed there would be similarly impressive offers on the Ibiza Ecomotive 1.4 TDI, the Alhambra Stylance 2.0 TDI, the Altea Freetrack 4 2.0 TSI and the Altea XL Stylance 1.9 TDI 105 PS.

Interested buyers may not want to leave it too long, however, as the manufacturer stated the sale would be over in a couple of weeks.

Head of marketing Steve Robertson stated: "We've devised the Seat Revolution offers to very clearly underline the already impressive proposition our cars make to private buyers."

In related news, the manufacturer recently announced it had a range of car accessories which would make great Christmas presents for motor enthusiasts.
