Peugeot 207 range 'gets stronger for summer'
The Peugeot 2007 is expanding its UK summer range, with the introduction of the 207 Cielo Special Edition.Based on the 207 Sport, the 207 Cielo also features a panoramic glass roof, metallic paint, a Bluetooth hands-free phone kit and cruise control all as standard.
It will be released both in three and five-door models, with a choice of two different petrol engines, a 1.4 litre 75bhp or a 1.4 litre VTi 95 bhp.
Prices for the new edition Peugeot start from £11,995 for the 1.4 litre 75 bhp three-door model, over £500 cheaper than the equivalent 207 Sport model with the above features as optional extras. The 1.4 litre VTi 95 bhp five-door model has an on-the-road price of £13,045.
The 207 Cielo will be available in three colours – Diablo Red, Neysha Blue and Aluminium.
The Peugeot 207 range has been incredibly successful in the UK. To date, the manufacturer has sold more than 118,000 vehicles in the range within Britain.
Earlier this year, the company unveiled its new 308 HDi Hybrid at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
