Motorists 'save cash in Blue Lion range cars'
Drivers who get behind the wheel of a Peugeot Blue Lion vehicle can make a number of significant savings, the automobile manufacturer has stated.Picking up a model from the range can cut costs in areas such as fuel and vehicle excise duty, without motorists having to compromise on the type of vehicle of its size.
The firm has commented that vehicle excise duty ranges from £35 to £120, while fuel consumption can be anywhere between 56 and 64mpg.
Peugeot commented that the choice of vehicles available in the range marks a significant move forward for environmentally-friendly cars.
"Owning a Peugeot Blue Lion car is more than just saving money, it's a good investment. But sometimes, the most fuel efficient, environmentally friendly cars are only available in single models or are small city cars," said the firm.
This comes as the company has announced that it has produced its 50 millionth vehicle since it was founded in 1891.
