Nissan car deal 'a hit with drivers'
A Nissan car deal is proving to be a popular choice for many motorists, with the manufacturer reporting an increase in sales.Having posted a yearly increase of ten per cent more cars leaving the production line, the carmaker's range of motors could be an increasingly attractive proposition for many consumers.
In total, 45,225 Nissan vehicles left the forecourt in October, boosting the brand's market share to 2.8 per cent.
Among the most popular cars were the Pixo, Micra and Note, the manufacturer claimed.
Bernard Loire, the organisation's vice president of European-based sales operations, said: "This first increase year on year since before the crisis is very encouraging and we are pleased that customer demand … continues to be very strong."
The news follows a pledge from the company that it will offset the cost of the anticipated VAT increase for any customer who orders a Nissan motor before December 31st.
