The Mini Clubman has made its official debut in the used vehicle market.
British Car Auctions (BCA) had seven versions of the Mini Cooper S Clubman on offer at its Nottingham centre and each was sold for an average of £18,150.
Paul Dunn, national account manager for BCA, remarked that the vehicle enjoyed a good start to its used car career, selling a total of 258 units.
He said: "The iconic Mini Cooper S Clubman made a strong debut, which suggests it will be a successful and desirable model as a used car."
Minis have proven popular on the used market, BCA added, with 48 other derivatives being sold including the Mini Cooper D hatchback.
The Mini Clubman is a five-door hatchback with a 1.6-litre engine.
It went into production this year and takes its name from a Mini model from the 1970s.
