The Mazda Premacy is a mid sized MPV and was revised in 2001.As with other Mazdas the Premacy benefits from an excellent build quality. The interior of the car uses good quality materials that feel solidly screwed in place. Consequently, the Premacy should stand up well to daily wear and tear.

The Premacy can comfortably carry five adults and the rear three seats can be removed individually to create a very versatile load carrying capacity.

The Premacy has a better ride than most of the competition and this has been improved as part of the latest revisions. Consequently, the car suffers from only limited body roll and the uneven road surfaces do not cause any problems.

The base GXi model is fitted with a 1.8 litre petrol engine that manages 109 mph and 0-60 in 11.9 seconds. At the top of the range the GSE is fitted with a 2.0 litre petrol unit that manages 111 mph and 0-60 in 12.1 seconds. A 2.0 litre turbo-diesel is also included in the line up.
