Why a cheap Mazda car deal is 'a great investment'

A cheap Mazda car deal is proving to be a popular option for businesses across the country, with the manufacturer reporting a boost in fleet orders.

The company claims it has kept prices competitive over the last few months, despite some carmakers asking consumers to cough up approximately 12 per cent extra.

While many manufacturers have felt compelled to offset losses and currency fluctuations with higher price tags, Madza states that it has kept increases to about 4.56 per cent in 2009.

Peter Allibon, the company's fleet and remarketing director, said: "The significant price rises by some of our rivals and our ability to keep price increases to an absolute minimum is benefiting company car drivers."

In particular, the Mazda6 is priced at £19,330 - up from £18,464 in January - which represents a rise of under £900.

This compares with increases of over £2,500 for a Vauxhall Insignia and £1,800 for the Toyota Avensis during the same period.

Additionally, customers who want to get their hands on the carmaker's CX-7 Sports Crossover model can do so for £25,785.
