Mazda drivers 'set to benefit from accident management scheme'
Mazda has announced the launch of a new service that aims to help owners who have been involved in a traffic accident or need collision repairs, in news that is sure to meet with approval from recent buyers of the 6-series.The Mazda Accident Management scheme has been introduced to provide a round-the-clock service to owners of Mazda cars who are in need of assistance anywhere in Europe, reports Easier.
It is a scheme available to all 150,000 motorists who have a Mazda European Assistance policy and offers vehicle recovery, repairs at an approved garage and a substitute vehicle for a minimum period of 48 hours.
Steve Jelliss, director of after-sales at Mazda Motors UK, said that the new project was indicative of the automaker's commitment to customer service standards.
"We think it is vitally important that customers who require collision repairs are as satisfied with the quality of workmanship and parts used as those who come into our network for a routine service," he said.
The Mazda 6, also known as the Atenza, is available in both four and five-door variants.
