The Range Rover is set for a range of additions this year, with the introduction of four-zone air conditioning leading the changes.
Backseat passengers will be able to take advantage of individual controls to their heating and ventilation, following the introduction of the new system.
Climate control is a priority for the new Range Rover, with special glass fitted on the windscreen and sides to reduce heat build-up if the vehicle is parked in the sun.
Other enhancements to the Range Rover include extra stowage room through the redesign of the rear seat armrest, as well as wooden veneers that are sourced from sustainable forests.
Commenting on the plans for 2008, Land Rover managing director Phil Popham said the manufacturer is keeping the Range Rover "fresh with regular changes".
"Some are major, like the TDV8 engine last year – which, incidentally, will now be badged on the back of the vehicle – while others are about the detail, such as those coming in for 2008," he added.
Its maker claims the Range Rover is the world's "most complete luxury 4x4" with improved ergonomics and safety systems.
