Kia to debut 2007 Opirus in Paris
Kia has released details of its new flagship 2007 Opirus model, which is set to make its world debut at the Paris Motor Show next month.The four-door luxury sedan features an improved interior with hi-tech additions, along with a larger and more powerful V6 gasoline engine boasting greater fuel-efficiency.
Kias also said that significant improvements have been made to the car's handling, ride and safety and comfort
Global Auto Index quoted Jean-Charles Lievens, Kia Motors Europe's senior vice president, saying: "Our new 2007 Opirus has been significantly upgraded in so many ways that it is virtually an all-new model.
"In its new form, Opirus is a fine flagship for the genuine high build quality that Kia is now achieving across its entire model range. It looks more sophisticated, goes faster, consumes less fuel, rides more smoothly, handles more precisely, is packed with new features and is a wonderfully comfortable way to travel."
The 2007 Opirus also features an entirely new instrument panel, centre stack, dashboard, dial cluster, integrated audio system, floor console and heating and ventilation controls.
Furthermore, buyers can enjoy power-adjustable pedals, cooled and heated front seats, a clearer trip computer display, while the driver's seat features four-way lumbar support.
Kia added that it's new E-segment model will only be available in left-hand drive, with the addition of one-tone Black and two-tone Beige or Gray offering a wider choice of exterior and interior colours.
