Kia pro_cee'd moves forwards
Kia will unveil its latest pro_cee'd plans in September 2007 at the Frankfurt International Motor Show. Its new model is longer, lower and higher than its five-door sister car and will contribute to the C-segment in Europe with "sportiness" and "style".
Those with a love of three-door cars are the target audience that the company is looking to attract, with the obtuse 70 degree door openings designed especially to ensure it is not too tight a squeeze to get into the back of the car.
Other features include a tailgate spoiler and a more prominently displayed tailpipe than other vehicles in the range.
"The new Kia pro_cee'd offers consumers sensationally stylish looks with a truly sporty feel to the driving experience, while also retaining most of the practicality and versatility of the popular cee'd five-door hatchback," commented Jean-Charles Lievens, senior vice president at the manufacturer.
The pro_cee'd range will consist of up to 19 models, the company has previously indicated.
