Kia dealerships to take delivery of new spacious Sorento next year
Motorists who are already planning to visit their local Kia car dealership when the new Sorento is released next year should find the updated vehicle is more spacious than its predecessor.The manufacturer explained the interior offers drivers and passengers extra room, as well as boasting a more luxurious feel.
General marketing manager Panu Vainamo explained the auto is some 215 kg lighter than the previous version of the model.
He said this had resulted in a more controlled ride and better fuel economy.
"With the new Kia Sorento, we have created an all-new highline cruiser that we believe offers buyers the benefits of an exciting all-rounder with a much broader appeal," Mr Vainamo stated.
The vehicle is due to arrive in UK showrooms in February 2010 and prices will be released closer to that date.
It will make its European debut at the Frankfurt International Motor Show in September.
Kia will also unveil the new cee'd at the event.
