The Kia Picanto will showcase a raft of aesthetic changes when it makes its world debut next month, it has been revealed.
Set to star at the Barcelona motor show, the redesigned Picanto will feature a rounder front and rear section than before, as well as an all-new bonnet grille.
Moreover, motorists looking to stand out from the crowd will be able to choose from a host of new paintwork options.
Announcing the changes, Jean-Charles Lievens, European vice president at KKia Motors, pointed out that 250,000 Picantos have been bought to date.
"Now we have refreshed our small car, upgrading its equipment and introducing a range of customer benefits, we aim to maintain its appeal and expand sales to 90,000 units annually," he said.
KKia is a South Korean automaker that in recent years has built cars such as the Rio, the Sedona, the Sorento and the Magentis.
Since 1998, it has been owned by fellow South Korean firm Hyundai.
