Jaguar XF rolls off production line
The Castle Bromwich Jaguar plant has this week welcomed the first Jaguar XF models.Michael Quinn, grandson of the automobile's founder Sir William Lyons, was on-hand to drive the initial model from the production line.
A number of employees gathered to watch the emergence of the completed vehicle, which will now be distributed to 66 worldwide markets.
Those in Britain who place orders for the vehicle now will receive it in March.
Mr Quinn commented that the automobile would have made his grandfather "immensely proud".
He added: "The new XF is a car that truly represents the core values which have lain at the heart of this great brand since its foundation in 1922."
The XF was recently unveiled in the Middle East, with Jaguar debuting it at Dubai's World Trade Centre as part of the Middle East International Motor Show from November 14th to November 18th.
