Jaguar car deal 'a popular driving option'
Jaguar dealerships have received accolades for their exceptional service and prices.In the 2009 J.D. Power and Associates sales satisfaction index study, the Jaguar achieved top positioning among luxury brands.
President of the brand Gary Temple said the findings were a reflection on the manufacturer's efforts to ensure quality all the way down the supply line.
"These high rankings out of 37 brands in the industry coupled with recent dependability and customer service accolades show all our efforts towards these goals are paying off," he added.
Also of notable performance in the index was the Land Rover, which came in fifth on the list.
Competition criteria were centred on the calibre of the dealership facilities, the sales teams, pricing, delivery processes and financing procedures.
Jaguar's UK customers may find themselves in agreement with their US counterparts based on this week's publication of November sales figures.
Led by the success of the XK and XF models, the brand registered a 50 per cent increase in volumes compared to the same period last year.
