Jaguar XK to benefit from design changes
Jaguar has announced a raft of aesthetic improvements for the XK in a bid to maintain sales momentum.Among the changes introduced by the British-based automaker, the radio antenna has now been incorporated into the rear boot spoiler to increase the car's ergonomic flow.
Meanwhile, a Piano Black veneer has been added to the dashboard and column stalks have been enhanced.
The XK was first introduced into Jaguar car dealerships in March 2006 and Geoff Cousins, UK managing director at Jaguar, has said that the company wants to keep the model in tune with the needs of today's buyers.
"Demand for XK and XKR has remained very strong since the car was launched," he said.
"Our customers can now benefit from a better-equipped XK and an even stronger value-for-money proposition."
This week, Ford confirmed it was reviewing its ownership of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands as part of a comprehensive cost-cutting exercise.
