Jaguar car dealerships have received praise for providing a higher level of customer satisfaction than any other vehicle marquee.
In the latest JD Power and Associates' study into sales satisfaction among more than 42,000 car buyers, the Jaguar brand has emerged as the overall winner for the third year in a row, reports Centre Daily Times.
The survey includes issues such as the price of a vehicle, the ease with which optional extras can be ordered and the time taken to complete the paperwork once the vehicle has been chosen.
Another finding of the research was that the majority of vehicle marquees had managed to improve their customer satisfaction results when compared to 2005.
"What this shows is that, because the industry overall continues to improve, if you don't continue to improve, others are going to pass you by," said Tom Gauer, senior director of JD Power's auto retail practice.
