Special edition Civic comes to UK
New and existing Honda drivers can pick up a brand new variant of the firm's Civic model in 2008.The SE+ model has been made available by the Japanese automobile company with a number of improvements which a company executive believes represent increased value for money.
Indeed, Honda UK marketing head Tom Gardener thinks the car, which has new body-coloured skirt and spoiler and 16-inch alloys, fits the bill for motorists looking for a new vehicle.
"Customers wanted a higher spec, entry level model that looked even more sporting ... The SE+ looks great, offers fantastic value for money and represents the success of our UK manufacturing plant," said the official.
Honda manufactures a number of its vehicles at its UK manufacturing plant.
Among these are existing Civics the Type-R and Type-S, in addition to the standard model for the Australian, South African and European markets.
