Ford hails new Mondeo 'relaxing ride'
Automobile manufacturer Ford believes that its latest Mondeo model will offer drivers the smoothest and most stress-free road experience yet.The vehicle features collision mitigation technology, which means motorists are alerted to potentially dangerous situations while travelling - allowing them time to relax.
In addition, adaptive cruise control (ACC) means that drivers can feel comfortable as they drive, knowing that their car employs the latest means of keeping them safe.
ACC incorporates a radar system which will automatically slow them down should the vehicle in front brake.
According to Ford active safety supervisor Volker Weinhold, this represents "another benefit of the model".
He said: "This collision mitigation feature is integrated into ACC, preparing the car's braking system for immediate action."
On its company website, Ford claims that its new Mondeo takes vehicle craftsmanship to the next level.
