Eco-friendly drivers may want to visit a Ford dealership
Motorists keen to reduce their carbon footprint may want to pay a visit to their local Ford car dealership next year. The manufacturer has revealed the 2010 version of the Focus ECOnetic is greener than ever.
Buyers opting for an edition of the vehicle with start-stop technology will find it releases 99 g/km of CO2.
This auto could help motorists boost their bank balance, as well as their green credentials, as owners will be exempt from paying road tax.
People who decide on the standard version of the model will find it has CO2 emissions of 104 g/km.
Company representative Thilo Seibert commented: "To achieve these impressive figures, we combined the proven approach of the original Focus ECOnetic model with even more detail improvements and all-new technologies."
The manufacturer is displaying the model at the Frankfurt International Motor Show, which got underway this week.
It is also showing the new C-Max range at the event.
