Fiat Bravo 'will launch in over 60 countries'
Fiat enthusiasts who take ownership of a new Bravo in the coming weeks should be able to locate parts wherever they go after the company announced that it would be launching in dozens of countries worldwide. The new Bravo is expected to go on sale at Fiat car dealerships from February 2007 and Luca de Meo, head of the Fiat brand, revealed that it would ultimately go on sale in more than 60 countries, reports Reuters.
Talking at the opening of a vintage design exhibition, Mr de Meo explained: "We want to make it a global product."
Last year, the Turin-based automotive giant announced that the new Bravo would be the first brand to carry the new Fiat logo.
The logo features strong capital letters that spell out the company's name on a ruby coloured background and Mr de Meo underlined why it is symbolic of Fiat's recent resurgence.
"We have decided to acknowledge the progress achieved so far by changing our logo, as a tangible sign of the new impetus that is projecting us towards future challenges," he said.
