Citroen concept car to be unveiled at Paris Motor Show
A new concept coupe is due to make its debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, Citroen has announced.According to the manufacturer, the Hypnos offers the elegance of a saloon, the space of an SUV and the dynamism of a coupe.
It is described as an "exceptional" cross-over vehicle.
Citroen claimed: "Hypnos draws on a range of creative technologies to deliver outstanding performance and environmental efficiency, combined with subtle bit powerful motoring sensations."
As far as its green credentials go, the Hypnos has fuel consumption of 60+mpg and carbon emissions of 120g/km.
The interior styling of the car has been designed to make technology seem "more human and approachable", the manufacturer claimed.
Overall, Citroen stated, the vehicle highlights the advantages of hybrid technology with a high-tech approach.
Fans of Toyota may be interested to hear the new Avensis is also due to be unveiled at this autumn's Paris Motor Show.
