Citroen C4 awarded to Aintree's snappiest dresser
Citroen has reaffirmed its commitment to stylish design by giving a brand new car to one racegoer at the world's most famous steeplechase.At the Grand National in Aintree, Steve Wang, 21, became the first man in the five-year history of the Looking Good Style Contest to be named most stylish dresser.
As a reward, the race enthusiast was given the keys to a brand new Citroen C4 worth £13,000 by none other than celebrity fashionista Coleen McLoughlin, fiancee of England footballer Wayne Rooney.
The presentation, made live on BBC1, rounded off a series of sponsorship deals between the French automaker and the race organisers.
Throughout the event, the C6 executive car was used to chauffeur celebrities around, while the Grand C4 Picasso multi-purpose vehicle helped course officials get into position for the races.
Last month, automotive publication Auto Express caught a glimpse of the upcoming Citroen C5 Picasso in advance of its public debut.
"The next-generation family model looks set to be a strong contender in the estate class by providing a huge load area," the article stated.
