Taking centre stage on its stand will be the Peugeot 508, which comes in Saloon or SW body styles and each are "beautifully proportioned with a distinct elegance and a purity of style", according to the manufacturer.
It can achieve a CO2 emission output starting from 109 g/km thanks to its new e-HDi system, but this figure will be able to improve in due course with the implementation of the company's HYbrid4 technology, which will enable an output of 99 g/km, as well as being able to deliver 200 bhp and four-wheel drive.
In addition, the manufacturer noted: "The 508 once again reignites a passion for automotive touring. With streamlined body shapes carefully sculpted for efficient progress, the 508 has excellent aerodynamic qualities and a luxuriously appointed cabin."
But those keen on other green Peugeot cars might like to check out the Peugeot iOn, the first 100 per cent electric car on the market, according to the brand.
The company noted that the vehicle - which has average running costs of £2.50 per 120 miles - combines "excellent handing and lively performance" and is able to fully recharge in six hours.
People who cannot wait to get their hands on the motor will have to wait until the end of 2010 when it is available.
But those who are more interested in the forthcoming HYbrid 4 system might like to find out more about the Peugeot 3008 green car - the first model in the organisation's range to benefit from the technology - which will also be on show at the spectacle.
The model - which is set to be available in autumn 2011 - will be able to deliver a 35 per cent reduction in CO2 emissions in comparison to standard powertrains, the manufacturer noted.
