Alfa Romeo has exhibited two additions to the 147 model range at the international motor show in Paris.
Firstly, the Alfa 147 Q2 takes its name from a new front self-locking differential system, which aims to combine the conventional control benefits of both two-wheel and four-wheel drive systems.
Meanwhile, the vehicle also offers additions such as a chrome exhaust tailpipe, grille and mirror farings and a newly-designed Q2 logo.
Aesthetic style is one of the central selling points of the new Alfa 147 Black Line Special, by contrast.
The vehicle's exterior incorporates glossy black detail on the roof, rear spoiler and central panel; moving inside, the black motif returns again on both the steering wheel panels and the central console.
Owned by the Italian automotive company Fiat, the Alfa Romeo brand has also lent its name to a variety of other car models, including the 156, the GT and the GTV.
